The ten-million-dollar plan for MPs is still being worked out.

This, according to Local Government Minister Suruj Rambachan, who yesterday said that it is work in progress and will fit into a larger plan of much-needed government reform.

Earlier this week, Opposition Leader Keith Rowley claimed that the proposal, which would see 410-million-dollars divided equally among the nation’s MPs, would be used to fund the People's Partnership's Local Government campaign instead of taking care of constituents.
