Meet Machel CedenioMachel Cedenio born September 6th 1995, he attends Presentation College San Fernando and will represent Trinidad and Tobago at the 2012 Olympics as part of the 4x400 relay team.In the run-up to the London Olympics Cedenio’s most recent international performance was a 5th place finish in the men’s 400 meter final at the IAAF world youth championships in Barcelona Spain when he clocked 46.17 seconds which was far better than his semi final time of 46.59 seconds.However Cedenio’s best time for the year was 46.02 seconds which he clocked in Port of Spain on June 23rd.The Point Fortin Native has had an impressive run for 2012 thus far securing a gold medal at the 2012, Central American and Caribbean Junior Championships.He is also an accomplished 200 meter sprinter with his personal best performance for the year being 21.23 seconds which he made in Port of Spain in May 2012.He also competed in the World Youth Championships in 2011.
